What we do

Club van Delft provides companies with continuous access to specialized teams of problem solvers that can be applied to any challenge. We work together with companies to accelerate their innovation and change processes. We do this by making use of focused creativity based on an analytical framework.

How does that work? Club van Delft achieves this by employing one or more of the following steps:

• Opportunity Spotting: based on internal and external analysis of your organization, we create ‘opportunity reports’ that contain trends, developments and innovation opportunities that are relevant to you. Read more…
• Concept generation: a ThinkTank selected for you specifically generates innovative concepts. Club van Delft analyzes the problem and the ThinkTank works together with your employees in developing concepts. Read more…
• Implementation: after a selection based on your criteria, a concept can be further developed in, for example, an R&D process or an academic research project.

For who? Club van Delft has a great deal of experience in facilitating these processes and applies its methods for (medium to) large companies, institutions and governments. What do we deliver? A cooperation with Club van Delft increases your innovation capacity. We have a large network of young innovators from various universities. Employing them, we can take the right type of expertise and apply it to the right area, then use this group to generate a broad set of solutions. Because we do this in cooperation with your employees, the ideas will be ‘carried’ by the organization. The professional visualization of these concepts that we offer helps our client to explain these concepts within the organization and convince their coworkers.
