Our Projects

We work for (medium to) large companies, institutions and governments. Often this is for Innovation Managers, Research & Development, (New) Business Development and general project managers. Together with them we work on, amongst others, product and service innovations, scenario development, process-optimization, marketing strategies and ‘business model’ innovations.

Club van Delft does not have a single economic sector it focuses on. We have worked for companies and institutions in very different sectors, including ‘Mainports’ (Port of Rotterdam), ‘Financial Services’ (Allianz Netherlands), ‘Hospitality’ (Worldmeetings), ‘Governments’ (Ministry of Infrastructure and the Environment), ‘Chemicals and Resources’ (EVAL Europe/Kuraray Japan), ‘Hospitals’ (Erasmus Medical Centre Rotterdam) and ‘Knowledge Institutions’ (Delft University of Technology).

With regards to the content of the projects, Club van Delft does not disclose sensitive information to anyone. We work towards the success of our clients. External participants only sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) prior to their participation in the process.

What we have done, int.al.: scenario development for customer behavior and sale channels in 2020; technical & system development innovations for water structures in the Netherlands; new product-market combinations for a global player in chemical resources; developed a new business model for an online service; focus groups involving students; an adjusted strategy for a recruitment & selection agency; a marketing strategy for an online knowledge platform.
