Home What we do ThinkTank
ThinkTank
In a ThinkTank process teams of external problem solvers work together with your employees with an approach specifically tailored for your problem. First, the Club van Delft analyses the challenge and puts together the proper team, drawing from a network of innovators: our BrainPool. Then the ThinkTank develops concepts in various creative sessions. This process results in a set of innovative, useful solutions that are supported by the people in your organization.
The innovation-problem can come from a challenge within the organization or from insights from the preparatory phase that we offer: ‘Opportunity Spotting’. The ensuing process consists of the following steps:
- Analysis - In this step we determine what the problem really is. What is the question behind the question? The analysis-phase results in an extensive problem-analysis, a set of goals for the ThinkTank and a strategy to find a solution.
- ThinkTank Selection - In this stage we make a selection from our BrainPool and establish the customer team. By combining the group of young innovators with the knowledge and experience of the company we create a mix that is guaranteed to produce relevant innovative concepts.
- Creative Sessions – Our creative sessions are, based on the analytical preparatory phase, carefully structured and choreographed, so that creativity is applied exactly where it is needed. We don’t believe in heedless ‘brainstorming’, but strive to achieve ‘serious creativity’.
- Visualisation & Presentation During the session and afterwards, an illustrator will translate the ideas and concepts produced so that an outsider can understand them.
